三、主讲人简介：

1. Dr. Peng Hwa Ang is a Professor at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore researching and teaching media law, ethics, and Internet governance. He was a member of the Working Group on Internet Governance and co-founded and served as inaugural chair of the Global Internet Governance Academic Network (GigaNet) and Asia Pacific Regional Internet Governance Forum (APrIGF). He founded an AI startup in 2018 that was, regrettably, disrupted by ChatGPT3.

2. 许燕，复旦大学新闻学院副教授，硕士生导师。曾为中山大学文学博士，复旦新闻传播学博士后，现为中国新闻奖评审委员，国家社科评审专家，中国新闻史学会世界华文传媒史研究协会常务理事，澎湃新闻挂职总编助理，上海市新闻行风评议员。主要研究和教学领域：海外华文媒介与传播，国际传播，新闻实务，移动新闻，AI应用等。
